What Is Yoga?
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. No experience needed, all levels beginner, intermediate & advanced.
What to Wear & Bring?
Wear Yoga Pants, shorts, tank tops. Bring a Yoga Mat and Bottled Water, (also available at studio for purchase)
Do I Eat Before Class?
Its suggested to not eat a heavy meal a couple of hours before class. Light snacks are fine.. Always hydrate with plenty of water before & after class.
