My love for yoga began in 2013 when I walked into a  yoga studio, and I have been practicing ever since. My classes are designed  with guidance, and  mindfulness. It's a  supportive space for my students to explore their inner peace, focus, and build strength. I'm grateful to share the gifts yoga has given me. I am a Forrest and RYT-200 certified instructor.  I teach Forrest yoga (Anna Forrest creator), and hot yoga. In addition to yoga, my other passion is sound healing.  I am a certified practitioner of vibrational therapy, sound healing, and I perform sound baths. Yoga and sound baths are two powerful tools that enable us to open ourselves, to release the stressors of the day and to fully allow our joy to flourish.

I am a hands-on yoga teacher, gently assisting and guiding you to understand that you are more than your physical self. With me you will get an understanding that your breath is key to your physical and emotional health. I teach a physical practice from a place of compassion and kindness inviting you to play with your edge. We are living in a time where stress, anger, anxiety, and trauma are dragging us into the basement of our spiritual home. My goal is to support you to get to a place where you can breathe bigger, shine brighter and dream. I estimate I have 1000 hours of various yoga trainings and over 5,000 hours of teaching yoga. I teach Forrest Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, and variations of moving and breathing. I lead grand adventure international yoga retreats every year that reset, restore and revive. I look forward to see you on one.
Annie Mayse

I placed 3rd in the State of Texas with my USTA team, Vamos, in 2018 and my passion for yoga was reignited in an effort to increase mobility, relieve tension and heal with Yin. My personal practice and passion for yoga has grown tremendously since I returned to my mat. I have completed over 600 hours of training and enjoy learning new ways to live a healthy and holistic lifestyle. Yin will always hold a special place in my life and teaching as it has transformed my body and serves as a “moving meditation” during the busy moments of life. I enjoy sharing the benefits of yoga to help my students unwind mental and physical tension with somatic movement, myofascial release, and other techniques learned. My classes are intuitive, inspiring, and empowering. I provide invaluable resources to enhance students' practice and support their unique bodies. I completed RYT500 in 2023 at YTX Austin with world traveling yogi and retreat leader, Gioconda Parker. I began teaching yoga in 2020 after completing RYT200 at The Yoga Room Conroe. I continued my yoga education with 50 hours of Yin Yoga training with renowned author and yogi, Bernie Clark and 16 hours of Advanced Yin training with Gioconda Parker. I am inspired by travel, spending time in nature, and music. If I am not on my yoga mat, you’ll find me walking my Sheepadoodle, Fergus, or packing for the next adventure. Cindy Waitz
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
I am an RYT-200 certified instructor. I have been teaching yoga since 2020, and have a passion for sharing what I love with others. I have been in education since 2005, having taught everything from Algebra to Junior Master Gardener to shooting sports, and many subjects in-between. Currently, if I am  not on a yoga mat, I am in the garden, with my husband and our 4 kids or at a live music venue with friends.

I'm Tatiana, a Yogi, Artist, and Teacher, with over 15 years of dedication to yoga practice. In my classes, I focus on fostering inner strength and self-love, infusing storytelling and philosophy to bring uplifting and reflective energy to my students. As an RYT and RPYT instructor, I specialize in Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Postnatal yoga. Currently residing in Texas, I share my life with my husband and two boxers
